okay, I guess buying a 5.4 triton you know youll need to replace the exhaust manifold studs sooner or later. ive replaced them on a v10 f250. I welded a nut to the stud, let it sat and the pulled it off the next day. does anyone have a better process for doing this?? any advice would be greatly appreciated!
