Default Trimming

I see a lot of people that have trimmed their fender wells to fit larger tires/wheels and some that don't. My question is why do some want to trim and others don't? I'm contemplating trimming some to fit the wheels/tires I want and wonder why some of ya'll out there don't want to trim and never would. I'd like to get all my marbles together before I go and do something I might regret later down the road...

some people don't trim because it's a lease vehicle, some don't trim because they ain't cutting off parts of their truck to make tires fit. tons of reason. i will trim plastic, but not metal, well on a new truck that is, old truck who cares, lol

Trimming messes with the look of the truck. I wont do it cause it just dont look right next to a non trimed f-150 and you be stuck with the weird looking truck.

if you trim nicely, you won't even notice , why they put spoilers underneath the bumper is stupip to me, i usually destroy them anyways, pesky snow banks
