More than likely it's the plugs. I just changed them on mine and it fixed the problem

Simple cheap things to do.
Clean throttle body $7
Clean MAF $7
New fuel filter $7
Pull serpentine belt, and check all pulleys for any restriction.

Get a Haynes Repair Manual for your truck if you don't have one. They sell them online, and every auto parts store I been to carries a huge selection of them. The manual will show you the basics of all the processes. I'll let others pitch in with more ideas

You can do a search here on the forums, or Google how to. It's all very simple stuff. I'm sure YouTube has videos also.
Quick as unhooking battery, remove intake tube, remove air filter tray assembly, unhook vacuum line, and maf sensor connected to it, and remove throttle body attached with 4 bolts.
Spray with throttle body cleaner, scrub with a toothbrush.
Remove the MAF from the filter assembly with a t-20 torx bit, and spray with MAF cleaner. Do not touch the MAF wires/resistors with anything. Just spray it really good. Let air dry.
Install in reverse order.
Fuel filter will require some quick line disconnect tools. It would be easier to find a write up or video on this, rather than me try to explain it.
These are maintenance items anyways, so if it doesn't fix your problem, you can at least rest easy knowing that they are done. Pretty good chance your plugs are due, so start doing a little research on how to do them also, if you plan on doing it yourself.
