thx for the info, will ford reprogram my truck free of charge? can i do it myself ?
im thinking about picking up a programmer soon to fix this issue im told that should help the issue

If your truck is still under the 3yr/36K mile warranty, then yes. Simply take it in, describe the problem/symptoms and they'll take it from there.

Outside of the warranty, you may pay some cost out of pocket. But I hope if you have an 09/10 that it's still under warranty.
