Default Transmission noise

So my 06 f150 with 115k is showing what I believe to be transmission issues and it doesn't sound good to me but I know nothing about transmissions so I'm hoping someone here has an idea. The noise only happens when the truck is stationary and in gear. The second I shift to park or neutral it goes away, and the second I start moving it goes away. Shifting into 4x4 hi or lo makes no difference. I took a video of the noise because it doesn't do it every time.

That doesn't sound good. I don't think this is your problem but have you checked all the heat shields? Could be a loose one rattling maybe?

That's what I thought but the fact that the noise goes away when transmission is shifted out of gear or moving leads to believe it's more serious. Was also thinking the shielding around the drivers cat specifically but i really don't think it's that
