you paid 3grand to get a rebuilt 4l60e wow you got robbed, i just got quoted $1050 to rebuild one if i brought it in, 350 more if they take it in and out. a shift kit and a corvette servo help those trans last alot longer.

yeah that was back in 2005, I'm sure its not the first and last time I will get robbed....lol Shortly after that I traded it in for 5 grand and took another whipass beating.

Yep I'm a tranny killer..lol. I had the 26k tranny flush done at the ford dealer and at 32k its fried. Any other ideas...lol

It was bearings #7,#8,#9 for anybody interested. 9 is the rear case bearing, 7&8 are both direct clutch bearings.
