Yes Mine does the same. I just bought it 3 weeks ago with 110K and they changed one coil but I still get the 45-55 shudder. I will replace the rest this spring.

Mine is more of a clunk when easing on the gas then a shudder. Like its shifting hard.

My 06 was shifting hard, mainly on down shifts. A pan drop fluid and filter change fixed it. Fingers crossed

Didn't fix mine. What oil did you use?

I also get a rough start sometimes. Just FYI. Going to do plugs today and will report back. I have noticed that the truck hasnt been doing the "trans jerk" or what ever it is as much lately since running seafoam in prep for my spark plug change. It did rough start a little today however.

Update: Spark plugs solved my issue completly. It was a miss fire and a rough idle that was barely noticeable. It feels like a new truck.
After two tanks of seafoam and using kroil penetrating oil I didn't break a single plug. Sprayed out the plug holes with my compressor, squirted some kroil in there, cracked the plugs a bit and let them sit for a couple minutes and went to town.
The kroil seems to have desolved the carbon a hole lot better than the seafoam. I also think my plugs were way over due. The original owner must have never changed them.
