Trans Fault and O/D off flashing

Greetings all, Brand new here so please bear with me,
I have the OD lite off flashing with trans fault light on. It happens randomly around 40-50mph and typically while driving back country roads, Can sometimes here trans hunting for right spot before lite comes on, I press the overdrive button and can feel trans shift or change. Does not matter about temp outside, and as I said no apparent pattern to lite coming on. When I shut off the truck and restart lite goes out and could stay out for days weeks and occasionally a few months. Dealer cleaned, tested valvle body, said it was the Torque converter so that was replaced, lite came on about 3 months later now comes on frequently.
Truck is 2005 F150 XLT 4x4 with 134K and factory tow package
