Default Tranny shifting issues

My 2004 F150 has developed an issue where it shifts up thru all gears in about 200ft from a start. When I slow to a stop it does not down shift. When I start again it must be in neutral because it starts all over again. Engine speed does not seem to help. When I accelerate faster the engine seems to misfire but tranny does same thing. No codes and when I brought it in it didn't do it. Shop drained fluid and replaced and no problems for a week. Now back. Any ideas? I can shift up manually but not down very well.

Could this possibly a vacuum line issue? I can't see any lines from tranny to engine from atop.

Or maybe un-commanded torque converter clutch

Trucked has stopped doing this again the day before bringing it in. Is there a speed sensor that tells tranny when to shift?
