Just picked up an 05 with 85 k with no history on the vehicle so changing everything out. Started with going to full syn oil 5w 20 , k & n air, radiator flush and fill (was basically water). Now going underneath and will be doing all the diff etc.....read a bunch on tranny option fills and am just going with the "drop pan, filter and 5 qt fill plus lucas tranny conditioner" regime. I don't see any specs on the torque settings of the tranny bolts; since the gasket is re-usable I would think this important. Anyone have them or any other newbie advice? Never owned a f150 before. Had the Expo and put 200k on it so the 5.4 Triton to me was the way to go.
