Default TPMS and tires/wheels pkg online

I tried to search for this on my own with no luck. I recently purchased wheels and tires (mounted and balanced) online. I paid $40 extra per combo to have TPMS installed. After about a week or so of driving on the new combo, my TPMS FAULT came on. What do you guys think I need to do? Seems odd that they worked for a while. Pressure is fine in all tires.

Did you have them programmed? And do you still have the factory rims anywhere near the car? I only ask because I bought a set of wheels without the sensors but left the stock rims and tires in the garage and the truck still recognized them and wasn't until I drove over 25 miles in one trip that the light came on.

You need to (if you didn't) have the pcm read the new tpms sensors as its wireless. Had a similar issue on my mother's car when I put on winter rims/tires. Took it to the dealership and quick/easy fix.

Thank ya'll very much! I thought there might be some reprogramming involved, but didn't want to look like an idiot when I drove up at the dealership. And yes, my factory wheels have been sitting about 50 feet away!
