I know on my '07 that the wires were already in place. It came with standard heated mirrors. I bought the towing mirrors from 1Aauto and they were plug and play. Turn, heated mirror and puddle lights all worked. I know I saw it in here about detailed installation and pin orientation, but its been over two years now and not sure where to look.
