tow mirror upgrade??

installing oem tow mirrors with heat and turn .my? is will my rear window defrost botton activate the heat for my mirrors.truck is 2005 xlt without heated mirrors(just power)

If your stock mirrors were heated, and the connectors are the same on the tows then yes it should work.

If you have the wires in the door connector for the heated mirrors, then yes the button will activate them. You might not have heated mirrors from factory, but the wires for heated mirrors could be there.
