Default Tow hook to frame damage?

Ok guys so heres the problem, the drivers side tow hook on my 07 is tilted 1" higher than the passenger side. Upon close inspection the frame where the front bolt of the hook goes through is bent concave about a 3/4in. any way to fix this at home? im getting a winch mount and i know it uses those holes to mount up and i just want it to be level. any suggestions?

Take it to a body shop and have them do a frame alignment

Heat the concave section cherry red, hook a come-a-long to the hook and pull until straight. Super easy fix, no frame shop needed.
