Default Total Chaos Upper Control Arms

I am seriously thinking about replacing the upper control arms on my 05 Screw. The upper ball joints are really bad and need replaced. The shop said about 500 to do one side (who would really only do one side?) and was about 800 for both side.

I called and I can get the Total Chaos upper control arms (100% bolt on OE replacement) for 715 shipped. I don't think I would have any trouble bolting them on. Then just off to the shop for a lifetime alignment (159).

My question is: Are the Total Chaos units worth it, or should I stick with the OEM? Seems I have to buy the whole upper arm from Ford as well anyway. Any thought?

I found them in a post in the forums. I checked out the website and talked to a sales rep. They are supposed to be superior to OE as they don't use ball joints, but stainless steel uniball. They are also supposed to create better angles for those with leveling/lift kits.

Some lifted guys are running them and really like them. If you want to spend that kind of money go for it, you won't be dissapointed.
