Default Tonneou cover

His guy wants to trade me for his tonno cover.

His is 8' long. I don't have an 8' bed. Is it possible to cut it to length?

I know a guy that uses a 8 foot with a toolbox. He just slid the front bar back to the front of the tool box. And then slid the extra material over and then down under the bar. (Between tool box and front bar) but honestly dosnt work very well. No seal or anything up front. Looks ok but as far as function snow and water just slide right down the front.

I was thinking about taking it to an upholstery shop and having them cut it to length
