Question Tires won't fit

Just wondering if anyone can tell me why 325-65-18 Nitto tires will NOT fit my truck. I have a 2006 FX4 with a Rough Country Leveling kit and the tires are rubbing the upper control arm. Thanks for any help.

Stock wheels? Sounds like a backspacing issue to me. Get different wheels or maybe spacers?

325 is wider than a 12.50. Even with the 35x12.50 some people say they rub with tires with aggressive sidewalls.

Yup. thats your problem. 35x12.5 should fit. You have around a 35x12.8, and depending on which Nitto you are running, it's probably more than 13 wide when you add in the sidewalls.

I have 35x11.6 Trail Grapplers on my truck and they barely fit because of the aggressive sidewall. I would try a 1" spacer if it were me, but if you start to stick out too far, then you could start having rubbing issues in other places. Don't give up though. 35's look sooooo sweet once you get em on. I never plan to go back to anything smaller.

Good luck
