We drive on a lot of gravel roads around here unfortunately but I have never been stuck with them on! The 275/70/18 looks good on your stock rim and gives you a true 33" tire. I do wish I had went a touch wider though.
How bad is the noise, I'm reading that as the only complaint.

Noise isn't bad at all, especially with the flowmaster on!

BFG Rugged Trail is what tire mine, and a lot of the trucks came with stock. I've got almost 40k on mine right now, in gravel, mud, snow, ice, rain, and dry pavement. Never been stuck (except for when I tried to drive through a drift as tall as my truck ), never had a blowout, not a bad tire at all. Winter is almost here, and I have enough tread til next year easy. Good road/some offroad tire. I drive in the same weather you do, isuhunter, I know what I'm talking about. Save some coin and get the rugged trails.

How about you wait until you know what you're talking about before you open your mouth again.

i agree that theyre not a bad tire, they might be a little disappointing off road but its more of a on road tire then off, but they have some off road capabilities, bfg rugged trail is all my grandpa will run on his 05 f350 dually and theyve held up good so far he has only been threw one set and he had like 85,000 miles on them and he just replaced them like 3 months ago , we haul cattle and check on them in the pasture all the time and these tires dont let us down, dude needs to take econ supply of the tires will make the price go down seeing as they are OE on alot of trucks out there

My parents had the BFG Rugged Trails on an envoy and got around 70,000 miles on them. I like the looks of the rugged trails. A more agressive tire will throw more rocks I'm afraid.
I will rarely pull a trailer. Most offroading will be for hunting. I do have a 10' john boat but thats hardly a load. Would you guys put a load range B or C on the truck? What do you think it came with B?
