Default Tires pressure sensor staying on

When I turn my truck on the tire pressure light blinks for a while then stays on. My tires aren't low they are all at 50 psi I just got new rims and tires. Is there a way to fix the sensors?

50 psi??? Are they 10 ply? I am not sure of a fix other than a "wand" that resets the sensors, that has to be done by a dealer or shop with the ability to reset them.

Yeah your light is flashing because you are beyond the range the ECU expects. Some hand held tuners will let you adjust this. I would highly suggest reading the side of the tire again to validate you really need 50....

They are 35x12.5x18 nitto trail grapplers, they aren't at exactly 50 they are about 47 psi, I'm probably going to take it somewhere to reset the sensors

I honestly don't know, I brought them to a shop near me because I don't have a hack big enough to jack my truck yet, I'm gonna bring it back there

The TPMS lamp doesn't flash if they are missing

if they are missing the lamp will stay on. My snow tires do not have sensors and this is what mine does. When I get near my garage (where tires are stored) the sensor light goes out.

You definitely need to go back.

If the light is flashing and then goes solid, there is a malfunction of your TPMS system. Whether it's a TPMS sensor battery dying or a damaged sensor, it will need to be investigated.
