Stock height should be fine with that size tire. Unless your going to 33 inch height, than you will need a leveling kit. The wheels on it look to have some back spacing, maybe +20mm.

Default Tire Size??

I have a 2007 Latiat 4x4 with the stock 20 in wheels. What are the biggest tires I can put on WITHOUT rubbing? I also have entertained the idea of the leveling kit because I know it will allow bigger tires, but I have only heard negative things about the leveling kits...any suggestions?

good question man, i have the exact same problem. i've been talking to tire shops, probably 6 of them told me that a 34" tire will fit. im lookin at the nitto terra grappler 275/65/20. i made it clear i still wanted a nice ride, with no rubbing what so ever, but with the tallest tire possible. so im probably leaning towards that, unless i start hearing otherwise.

Okay I've posted on this thread before and I got good results so Im'a try it again!

I wanna know if I can fit 305/70/17s on my truck (Gonna be awhile as my tires are new :P) with no rubbing. I got 285/70/17s now with no rubbing at all.

2wd, 3"leveling kit. Soon to be putting bigger rear blocks in.

No. Not on a level alone I don't believe so. A 33 is the biggest you'll fit with a level and not rub. The rear should fit it the front would be the problem.

Aww I got a lot of gap between the tire and the wheel well. Prob 5-7inches, and at full lock with 285/70/17 -12mm offset I'm a little less than 1/2 clearance

04 with stock wheels of 275 65 18. I put bilstein 5100 leveling shocks and upped the tire size to 285 75 18. Toyo AT2. Works perfect.

Any good recommendations on aftermarket lug nuts? I just bought 2 sets of wheels, 17x9 -12 Xd rockstars, and 17x8.5 vision v-tec offroad 0 offset. Looking for a set that will fit both as one set is my summers and one is my winters, thanks!

edit: for a 2006 f-150

Im Looking to buy new tires due to the current tires looking to small for the lift. I just bought this truck last month and dont know to much about it. I do know it has a procomp 6" lift kit installed with aftermarket 20" rims. It currently has 275/65r20 tires. Im not to sure what inches that is but Im wanting to go at least 35/12.5 tires but hoping I could get away with 37/12.5 tires with not to much rubbing and trimming. Heres some pictures of my current lift/tires .ANy help would be appreciated.

I actually just put a 2.5" level on my 07 2wd and emailed the company who made the kit asking of it really can fit a 35x12.5 as advertised. Their response was, if using stock rims the largest I can go is a 33x12.5. Now as far as metric goes from what I've been researching online that would equate to a 305x70x17 or smaller. Can't speak for the rubbing (Im planning to assume what they say should safely negate that) but just wanted to pass along what has been passed to me. Hope it helps.
