2005 STX 4x4 with 2" readylift leveling kit, 285-70-17 sigma mud claws, and 17x9 MKW offroad m83's in satin black +10 offset/4.5" backspace, no rubbing what so ever

You should be good. I wouldn't bother with the rear add a leaf unless you like some rake. I suggest the front level & tires. Once that's done you can decide if you want the rear higher, but it's not necessary, especially with 305/65's.

I doubt you will need to do any trimming, but all the trucks are a little different, so maybe.

any rubbing issues? i tow a 24ft tilt bed and do some scrapping on the side. i'll go 2.5" level and the add a leaf for tow capacity

No rubbing at all, we pulled a 24 ft trailer with 3 bales of hay and it squatted a little bit, but there was still no rubbing

Sorry to bother but if I'm reading correctly my future setup will work. With a level of course. Cooper stt 35x12.50 xd rockstars 18x9 backspacing 5 correct me if I'm wrong by all means.
