Was wondering if i would be able to fit 17 inch rims on my fx2sport. If so what specs would i need for the rim and tire. I have a 2.5 inch lift on the front end. Thanks for the help guys.

17s will fit fine. The offset of the wheel and the tire size will effect the fit.

I have an 06 Screw 4x4 with 2 inch level. I currently have 285's and want to go bigger if possible. I don't mind minor trimming but my concern is rubbing on the control arm or frame and ruining new tires.

Can i fit 315/70 R17's or 35/12.50 R17's with no rubbing on 17x8 wheels with 4.5 inch backspacing and 0 offset?

I'm not too savvy with wheel specs so any help is appreciated.

Leveled? You shouldn't have to trim a thing

I believe these will fit no problem but was considering changing to the 285/75R17 which will bump the tire height to almost 34in. If anyone has a good answer it will be very much appreciated because I'm going to try and email asap to see if I can bump up tire size. Thanks
Hey I was wondering if you had a pic on your set up? I'm planning on running 17s as well.

Yeah I'm leveled, forgot that. Sorry. I decided to go with the 295's because after looking closer at the specs of my wheels and tires, I discovered the 274/70 ST MAXX I have on the summer wheels are actually too small. This is of course going by Cooper's safety range. They list the tires as being safe for a 7"-8.5" wheel. They fit fine on my 9" wheels, but God forbid if something happened, I wouldn't want that limiting my insurance recovery or something, or deepening my liability.

That a good call. You'll be fine with the 295s. There's a few dudes on here running the same set up and they absolutely love them. It'll look good with that +18 offset, too.
