I'm lookin to lift 6 inches soon and I'm lookin for new tires. And possibly rims. I found a package for 2000 shipped with 20x10 DC1 rims and 36x15.50x20 Mickey Thompson MTZs. I know "trooks" over at one of the other forums runs this setup with a 2.5 level. Could I run this setup? How will the 15.5 affect my mileage and can I run 36's without a regear?

dilloncawthon on here seems to be pretty knowledgeable about tire fitment with the 6" you may want to shoot him a PM. There's a few others on here too.

I have a 2007 2wd. I was wondering what the biggest size bfg a/t I could fit on with a 3" leveling kit and 1.5" blocks in the back. Thanks for the help!

No bigger than a 33" or a comparable metric tire (305/55/20, 285/65/18, etc etc)

For looks, rubbing and all other considerations, what is the preferable tire size between the following:
275/70/18
285/65/18

I have a 2005 4x2 SCREW w/ a 3" leveling kit in the front and 1.5" blocks in back (similar to LEE, above).

I think that I am leaning toward the BFG A/T's in the 285/65/18, but Toyo makes a 275/70/18 and I am wondering what will look the best and wear the best. THanks.

33"s are probably the best choice but you could go a tad bigger if you really wanted to
