Tinted tail lights completed...
Nite-Shading is pretty cool. Doing this mod was easier than i thought.
1-just popped out the tail lights which were attached by only two screws along with the 3rd brake light and removed the bulbs
2-prepped the tail lights with a grease remover
3-sprayed on approx. 2-3 coats of nite-shading
4-put back on the lights
Some advice--i had to redo all the lights. the clear coat was SO SH*TTY. basically after i was done with the nite-shading (3-coats) the first time through and began to apply the clear coat it actually made the lights look darker and didn't give a grossy finish. the clear coat starting spitting out the spary which resulted in bubbles and began to runon the lights. after i removed all the coats of paint, i only sprayed nite-shading on (2-3 coats) and it turned out much better. i first thought that the clear coat would make the tails look better, but after installing them i'm actually glad i redid them b/c the flat finish looks better. if i had to do it all over again the only thing i would have done differenlty is NOT apply clear coat. this mod should have taken less than an hour to do, but after redoing them took about 3 hours. with 2-3 coats you'll have no problem seeing the lights shine through. also, try to hang the lights if possible. as i sprayed down to ground where the lights were layed out the can sometimes spit out and didn't go on evenly in some spots. if you could hang the lights up you won't get the spitting affect and will make it much easier for yourself to spray evenly.
