Tinted tail lamps

Look at the top of this page. Not sure what more details you are looking for. I do not see why you could not do the headlights and fogs. But rock chips do happen and the heat from the bulbs may haze the tint....

why couldn't you buy the a roll of window tint and put it on that way. i would think that it would be better if you wanted to take it off

Not sure if it would stick to be honest, and if it did I'm not sure how well it would handle the curve of the taillights.

If you're worried about taking it off, just buy light covers?
