Default timing the 5.4 triton with cam phasers

Hello, I am searching for a while now for some answers regarding the timing for my 2005 f250, 5.4 triton with cam phasers.
Can someone tell me step by step how to time the chain and phasers so I wont mess up the valves.
Is there a difference in timing between these two engine's regarding the normal cam sprockets or the cam phasers?
The cilinderheads are at the machine shop because the valve seats are worn out deu to driving at lpg for 100000 miles..

Regards.

Thank you for this link, it is a helpful guide, the only thing is, he does not say how to set the crankshaft prior to installing the timing chains.

When doing timing the crank should be at TDC (top dead center) on cylinder 1. That's been my experience with rebuilding engines and replaceing timing chains/belts. Haven't seen anything different.

Yes that was my idea too, but when I look at the pictures in his thread, the crankshaft sprocket's keyway is at the 12 o clock position, and that means it is not at TDC.

It does not have to be at TDC. The more preferred method to time the 5.4 is the 'key up' at 12 o'clock method. Yet you can use either way. Just make sure you have your corresponding L/R phaser marks correct, as some guys have torn it down 180 deg. out, then have problems with re-timing.

Yes, exactly as in the picture. Make sure your 'L' mark is up on the driver's side and the 'R' is up on the passenger's side. 180° out will swap those two, and that is what I meant earlier.
