Is it time to sell or rebuild?

Its not a matter of not knowing how, I have done it in the past with friends. The trouble I no longer have access to a level driveway nor to the tools required to remove the motor (mainly a lift) also short on people willing to help. I guess I could source everything I needed but really I have gotten to that point in my life where I would rather let someone else do the work for me. Besides it helps the local economy!

Well I decided to sell and lease a new dodge. I did the math and it wasn't worth my swapping the engine right now. I tried to get a new ford but no one wanted to budge enough. Then it cam down to options. I will play with the dodge for 3 years then decide another route for purchase, if my account lets me. Plus, the new ford body styles should already be through its first year troubles.
