4wd and vacuum lines
A few months ago i got stuck in the mud.... pretty bad. It rained the next day as i left it there and when i returned to get the truck it was sitting in a large puddle. After i got it out i looked under the truck for any problems and i noticed the hose was completely unplugged from the wheel hub on the passenger side. After it dried out i shot air through the hose and IWE solenoid, with dried mud flying everywhere. Currently it won't engage into 4WD. If i am correct without the solenoid working it will always stay in 4WD but when i shift the **** inside my truck to 4WD i hear clicking going on underneath, the usual, but its not in 4WD. If i remove the vacuum lines and shift into 4WD it works, but otherwise, it won't work. Does this mean that somewhere on the vacuum lines there is a whole i need to patch.

No it is not a hole in a line. When 4x4 is engaged no vacuum is applied to the IWEs so a hole would only affect you when trying to disengage.
More likely the solenoid has an issue and is not shutting off vacuum upon engagement of 4x4.
You need a vacuum gauge to do some diagnosis. They can usually be borrowed from an auto parts store on a loan a tool program.
Check the vacuum line done at the IWEs to ensure that when the switch is in 4x4 that there is NO vacuum. If there is vacuum I would replace the solenoid. While you have the gauge check to ensure that both IWEs hold vacuum as well as the lines.

breather or vent line... you also need to check the check valves at the top of the vacuum line that run across the motor.
