I've seen lots of recommendations for Wagner ThermoQuiets, but most don't specify ceramic or semi-metallic. I've heard that semis provide better stopping over the ceramics, but the trade off is shorter life and more dust. Truth? Fiction? What do you recommend on a daily driver. I tow a trailer 2-4 times a month.

I have heard good things about Wagner.

As much as I like the appeal of the lower brake dust of ceramics, I keep thinking about pulling my horse and trailer, and wondering if I'm better off going semi-metallic. I had hoped choosing a pad wouldn't be like choosing between 5W20 and 5W30. Shouldn't be this hard LOL.
