I thought you could use a little humor.
Glad you got your starting problem solved. As for your trans, did you do a lot of switching between gears/reverse trying to get it unstuck? How many miles on the trans?

Kind of off topic, but where do you go to play in the mud? Is it a drive or close by? I.E. distance in relation to Converse, Texas.

UPDATE: The transmission fluid is in fact a little dark and has a bad smell to it. And I did get second gear to work, and Thunder seems to do just fine in 4x4 Low when I tested him in all 4x4 modes. But first gear definitely doesn't engage in Drive or when shifted to just 1st gear, so really hoping another transmission flush and filter change will do the trick...

What's your opinion on using this stuff with the fresh tranny fluid? Think it'll help get that first gear to not slip anymore?

Still need money to buy the transmission fluid and filter first. Will update as I go.

UPDATE: So, the transmission fluid and filter have been changed and no signs of anything being broke in the tranny, yet it continues to throw the same P0731/32 codes....WTH?!
