Thud in Overdrive on Incline
#11
When I bought my truck 18 months ago I made sure that the seller showed me a receipt for the plug change. It was $800 and had been done less than 30K miles before. Since then I did have one occurrence of the check engine light showing a cylinder misfire. I wrongly assumed it to be a COP and changed that only to have the problem come back. That's when I found that #1 plug was actually bent. I got a new plug and all has been golden since then except the chug and moan which has now been fixed.
I've done a lot to my truck in 18 months including dropping the tranny pan and changing the filter. Soon I'll vacuum out about a gallon more of tranny fluid through the dipstick tube and add more new fluid. That way, my transmission fluid will be rejuvenated.
