P0221 - Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch B Circuit Range/Performance
Possible
Causes:
Binding throttle linkage
Damaged throttle body
TP circuit open to PCM
Damaged TP sensor
SIG RTN circuit open to the TP sensor
Self-test operator error (foot resting on the accelerator pedal during test)

P2104 - Throttle Actuator Control (TAC) System - Forced Idle
Diagnostic
Aids:
This DTC is an informational DTC and may be set in combination with a number of other
DTCs which are causing the FMEM. Diagnose other DTCs first.

P2106 - Throttle Actuator Control (TAC) System - Forced Limited Power

P2111 - Throttle Actuator Control (TAC) System - Stuck Open
Possible
Causes:
Binding throttle body, stuck open
TAC motor circuits are cross-wired
TAC motor harness circuits are shorted together
Damaged PCM

I would guess there is more to the story. What have you recently done to the truck? Maintenance, damage, repairs etc?

Haven't done any mods in the past 4 years. Basic maintenance most recent. Heard something about a vacuum diaphragm in the throttle body that gets stuck. Heard that?

What are the details of the truck, year, engine, etc? I would be leary of the throttle position sensor. That may be causing all of the codes. That might be worth replacing as they usually are not that expensive. All three codes seem to have the throttle body as a possible cause. I would definitely remove the TB and give it a good cleaning with TB cleaner. Do not use carb cleaner, there is a coating on the butterfly that carb cleaner will damage. The TB is fairly basic ( at least the 5.4 is) Usually just a butterfly driven by a servo motor and a throttle postion sensor. Disconnect the battery when you are cleaning, that way the PCM can adjust for the clean TB.

Ya it's a 2004 5.4L
I'll take it apart and try that. If it doesn't work I'll just buy a new one!
