Default Throttle Body Question

I am going to replace my throttle body on my truck because on long trips in malfunctions and puts my truck into limp mode. I was going to just get a stock one but I saw they make an aftermarket 75mm for my 4.6. Would that even be worth doing for a couple more bucks? Or should I just stay stock? What do you guys think?

Yep cleaned the throttle body, the intake manifold, the intake and the mass airflow sensor as well as changing the throttle positioning sensor. My next step is the throttle body. Idk what else to do.

Stay stock. Unless you are blown there is no need for a larger TB.
