Default Thoughts Truck jerks @ 1100/1200 rpms

When i'm driving at lower speeds, around 40-45 mpgs, my truck starts to jerk.. its feels like the road is bumpy but consistently. I've tested this on multiple roads so i know it's not the pavement.. could this be my transmission going out? 05 f150, 5.4 liter .. please help!

^ Bingo. Start with the cheap stuff. Maf and TB cleaning and a fuel filter will probably do it. What's the mileage on the truck?

thanks btw for the help - am i due for another tune up? I honestly didn't think it had to be done this soon? Again this may be a result of my lack of common sense. I did just have my oil changed.. Ford didn't have anything bad to say as of last week??
