Think I broke my frame.

Think I broke my frame.
...or at least part of it. This is a new to me 2007 F150 Screw with a wheel base of 150 inches. Today while looking at my truck from a far I noticed what appeared to be something hanging down next to the skid plate for the transfer case. Upon closer inspection I found the damage shown in the pictures.
I don't recall this being here a few weeks ago when I changed my transfer case fluid; but I did take a pretty nasty hit on snow covered trail so I could have caused it. I am assuming that this is a crossmember that supports the transmission/transfer case? I am also assuming this is something I would want to repair ASAP.
Does anyone know what this is exactly? I've googled a bit for parts but can't find anything on tasca or even fords website that seems to match the description. How difficult would this be for a guy to change with just basic tools?
Appreciate all the help I can get.

Yeah thats your trans crossmember, hard to tell from the pic's but it does not look tweaked on the top side, you should replace it when you have the time/money, I'd check local wreckers.

Must of been a good hit...

Yeah I am not to sure what caused it. I am positive it was not like this when I bought the truck. There is only two things that I can think of that might have caused it. First was a late night wrong turn on a snow covered trail. There was some deep ruts and at one point did hit something on the right hand side. Other then that I suppose Les Schwab could have done it when I was getting new tires put on.
I think I have found the part number and the only place I can seem to track it down for sure is on motorcraft.com and it's nearly $700.

Surely there is a junk yard somewhere near you. Many even have the engines and transmissions pulled-easier for getting the part you need out/off.

@bossman15 I am really not to sure. $100? You removed yours when you lifted? Did you replace it with something else?
