Default Are these normal starting parameters?

When I start my 2006 4.6, the rpms jump to 2000 and then slowly down to 1300.. then it takes forever to get to 1000. I cleaned the Throttle body before, filter, MAF sensor.. sprayed carb cleaner around to see if any vaccuum leaks and the rpms didn't fluctuate at all. Is it normal for it to act like this? I've heard it has a higher rpm to heat up the cats but this seems a little high. Also, when rolling my windows up or down the rpms fluctuate, which I never noticed.. as well as turning my steering wheel at a stop. Any help?

I've noticed it on my truck too, I think they idle to fast initially. Cause you go to put it in gear and the truck jumps forward

Normal.. when you first start your truck it revs high to preheat the cats. it's a warmup process

RPMS will decrease when turning wheel because you're putting a load on the motor aka power steering pump/rack etc.
