Default Is there a metal intake manifold to replace plastic one?

Gents, on the 5.4 does anyone know if there is an exact metal replacement for the intake manifold so I can ditch the plastic one.thanks!

Unfortunately I think we're just stuck with the plastic. People have reported good results with the Dorman replacement manifolds. They're still plastic but a little heavier duty and have the aluminum water jacket crossover.

Damn okay. Yeah those Dorman are all I'm finding for our trucks. Are the holes the same size or smaller do you know by chance? I know with the exhaust header dorman are smaller ports and restrict slightly.
