Is there a correct way to straight pipe an F150?

I had a 2006 5.4L and did this. If you want it to sound good and loud as hell but not like sh*t, do exactly this: True dual straights from the cats back (dont cut any of them off), dont put the dynomax bullets on either. As far as tips go, put 5 inch tips going out at a 45 degree angle.
Got compliments ALL the time (even from old guys). If you are wondering just how loud it is, i set off many a car alarms in parking lots when i cranked it. I loved it cause it had a nice little rumble when sitting at stop lights and idling but as soon as i hit the gas, it roared and scared the crap out of other drivers.
