Got compliments ALL the time (even from old guys). If you are wondering just how loud it is, i set off many a car alarms in parking lots when i cranked it. I loved it cause it had a nice little rumble when sitting at stop lights and idling but as soon as i hit the gas, it roared and scared the crap out of other drivers.
I don't see my truck setting alarms off and I don't have a muffler or rear cats. my tips are only 3.5 inch
