Is there a better rim for winter (snow &salt)
I want some new rims to go with some Nitto Trail Grapplers. Is there a rim that holds up better in the snow and road salt of winter? I have included a pic of my truck, so let me know what type of rims you guys think would look best on it. Thanks!

My dad got the XL 17s for his Fx4 because 17" tires are cheaper. He can also leave his summer tires mounted on his 18s and we only have to bolt them on and off.

like said above buy your nice rims and tires for summer and keep the stockers for winter months salt will destroy anything thats nice lol well ik around here in newengland it will anyways they are not greedy with it lol and if you are going to buy wheels to run year round steer away from chrome take it from me i spent 1600 and change on my roush wheels and they now show the winter beatings and i took great care of them asfar as washing and waxing them like every chance i got chrome is hard to keep up on and me being an idiot i sold my stock rims when i bought my roush wheels.

I want the same sized diameter as my spare and factory wheel so I don't have to reprogram the computer to get accurate speedometer readings, or blow the LS out of I get a flat.

That was the stock tire on my truck, and I run 275 65 17's now and they are the same diameter, just a little wider to fit properly on my Centerline wheels.
