Default Is there a better rim for winter (snow &salt)

I want some new rims to go with some Nitto Trail Grapplers. Is there a rim that holds up better in the snow and road salt of winter? I have included a pic of my truck, so let me know what type of rims you guys think would look best on it. Thanks!

My dad got the XL 17s for his Fx4 because 17" tires are cheaper. He can also leave his summer tires mounted on his 18s and we only have to bolt them on and off.

seems like a small tire, i would think you would want at least a 255/70/17

That was the stock tire on my truck, and I run 275 65 17's now and they are the same diameter, just a little wider to fit properly on my Centerline wheels.

I want the same sized diameter as my spare and factory wheel so I don't have to reprogram the computer to get accurate speedometer readings, or blow the LS out of I get a flat.

245/70/17 and 275/65/17 arent exactly the same diameter but i guess close enough...
