Tensioner issue?
I just replaced timing chains, phasers, guides, plugs, coil packs, VCT's and tentioners. Looks like the timing marks are all aligned. I tried to crank the truck and the crank moved just a little and stopped. I then realized watching a video that there is a R and L one.
If I had them on the wrong sides would it lock up the chain and keep it from turning over?

No, they can go on either side. Did you try to rotate the crank by using a socket first to make sure it would turn without any piston/valve contact. Did you have the engine in the correct timed position and the cam lobes pointing in the right direction when you started? Either way, unless the was some piston/valve contact, the motor should turn over.
Hopefully, we are just overthinking this and you battery died and that is why it's not cranking. Let us know.

That is what was concerning me. I may have the tensioners on opposite sides. I can crank the engine around using a socket and I feel 2 spots that is a tighter than any other area.
If I am not mistaken as long as you have the camphasers pin aligned with the cam shaft on both sides and your timing R and L in chain are aligned and the single dot with the single link colored, that it would all be in correct position and timing. Is there a scenario where I may have a cam out of time?
Or could the tensioners cause it to feel snug all the way around and tight in a couple spots?

With the plugs installed, there can be resistance when rotating the engine by hand. If you can rotate the engine by using a socket then, when trying to start the engine, it should turn over as well. If after trying to start it and it would not crank, I would try to rotate the engine again by hand with the socket to make sure that it is still free. Then if it rotates with a socket, check the charge on the battery. I have not heard of an issue where it rotates by hand but not with the key. Let us know what your troubleshooting finds.

Yes sir, the driver side was left and passenger side was Right.
I did have the 2 colored links on the phasers centered with the R and L and the single side link lined up with Dot.
I am out traveling on job at the moment. The battery did check fine but now wondering about starter.
