Temperature gauge dropping off.
2005 f150 temperature gauge goes from normal to 0 and beeps and goes back to normal. It seems very random the real mystery is that at highway speed and if gauge is at 0 and you let off the gas for 4 seconds it will always come back to normal like clock work. Dealer wants to replace the temp sensor but it is a 4 to 5 hour job and they will not guarantee that it will solve the problem. Anybody out there have a similar problem.
