ya i was looking real hard yesterday at the exaust tips,and i would have to agree with you,what do you think,what style and what size? and could i just put the new tips on over the tips i have on their now or would i have to get to rid of the pipes????

I am very much a fan of the style of the 02-03 Harley Davidson exhaust- dual angled tips exiting in the stock location.

But that is just me.

As far as your tips, how are they installed? Screws or welded on?

they are welded on as i thought it would have been better because i didnt want to change them just after this last look got me thinking,lol. can you get me a pic of the dual angled tips your talking about and i wil look into them,thanks brother

These are some of the better pics I could find. This is the look I personally like. It's not for everyone, but in my opinion straight duals is a little played out. Been doing it since the early 90's.

Nice looking truck, I think some rims and bigger tires will make it look even better. In my opinion, the exhaust tips extend a little too far back so my suggestion would be to shorten them and keep em tucked under the bumper, or maybe put some turn down tips on them and hide them altogether like the saleen catback setup that is being sold in the classified section here.

rnger3rd does your truck sit pretty level with the 2.5" leveling kit or does it still have a sltight sag hard to tell in the pic. just wondering looking at getting a kit for mine jsut not to sure which one to get

sits perfectly level actually.i went with a 2.5hellbent steel kit,couldnt be more happier,its worth it

Id definitely suggest some tips at least 3.5" in OD Stainless so they wont rust and they could just cut those small ones off and weld new ones on in their place, Im a fan of twisting them out the sides, in my photo album i have had them both ways straight out and now yed out the back, the only thing i dislike about them yed out is that the tires sling stuff on them more now than when they were straight out.
