Yeah it took a while. There are people out there. What are you asking for it? I started at 75 and ended up at 50.

Yeah I feel you. I think I got lucky because my bed's in pretty good shape. I think part of the reason is it had a truxedo on for most of its life I believe.

I rather have a drop in liner myself and would pay $100 for a factory FORD logo 8 foot liner with tailgate but I couldn't find one near the DC area for the last year. And unless you're keeping the truck for 20 years, I wouldn't worry about rust under it. It's much easier to slide cargo in and out with a plastic liner than the spray liners.

What are you talking about?! My truck was UNDER a year old and it had about 5 spots of rust underneath. I'm not the only one this has happened to. I took it out and threw it away. If you want a drop in liner and have a nice rusty surprise under it when you take it off have fun. But don't tell me it takes 20 years to rust underneath that's bs

First of all, there are many products you can put down between the bed and the liner to prevent rubbing the paint. Second, there is a 5 year factory warranty for corrosion so if your bed rusted through in under a year you should take it back to the dealer and have them fix it. And once I put down the bedliner, why would I want to take it off?

You should have a Warranty Guide along with the owners manual. At least I do on every F150 I've had. Looking at the one for my '08 it says 5 year unlimited miles corrosion warranty. Maybe they don't have it in Canada with all the salt they put on the roads, I don't know.
