Default Tailgate emblem removal

Is the tailgate emblem just held on by adhesive?

I wanted to plasti dip my grille and badges. I got the front badge off but just taped around the tail badges

They all are on with the same stuff. Heat it real good with a hair dryer and you can pull it off. You might need a rag over something like a small screw driver to get a little leverage to just start it. When you use the heat to get it off it stays sticky and you can put it right back on. If you use fishing line to cut it it won't stick as good. Takes only a few minutes
