cjb is your fuse box on the passenger side floor panel

Thanks again seniorFORDtech.

im just thinking an issue with the wiring since I have 2 volts on that circuit, but not sure on the multifunction switch. interior lamps arent switched on that are they?

Just to clarify, the multifunction switch is the turn signal/high beam stick.

check your power in and out of the multi function switch(turn signal)
