Question Sync Retrofit Kit

Is there a Sync retrofit available for the F150 ? I was wondering if we could put this in our trucks if it was available . Kits were to be available for the Mustang and Lincoln big SUV.

No they're not available for our trucks. I checked into this a few months ago and from what I've heard and researched the SYNC is wired into the whole dash and into the speakers and not just the headunit. It wouldn't be just a simple headunit swap. They are going to have it on the newer 2009 models but not for our models. I'm going with an aftermarket Pioneer setup for this but I'm not sure how you want to do it.

There are no aftermarket Sync options. But Pioneer (I think its Pioneer) have voice activated units that you can purchase aftermarket.
