i run silverstars in my rangers headlights and foglights. my headlights have been in there for about 4 years. i must have gotten lucky. they are definatly worth the price though, much brighter than stock

you did get lucky. In my nissan I had a set go out with in 10 month I calles the company and they told me the live is about a year. I emaild them a copy of the recept showing they where 10 months old the company sent me a new set. They lasted a little over a year. I have a set that has been in for about 10 months now and I am expecting them to go out on me soon. I have now had 3 sets in about 32 months in the nissan.
My captain at work put the silver star in his caddy and about 14 months they both went out. he went back to stock bulbs.
They may be working on the bulb life I know it is the biggest complant they get about the bulbs.
