I have the swap in my garage sitting on a tire complete 5.4L 3v triton with the transmission even though i am not to sure of the kind of transmission it is i think its a 4R75W i thought i didn't have the wire harness for the swap come to find out i do, PCM was also included

i been searching and searching can't seem to find the info i need

i need to know if the drive shaft # 5L 34-4K145PD is being used with the 4.6l tranny 4R70E at the time, can it be used with the 5.4l swap tranny 4R75W

2005 f150 2WD 4.6l vin 8th digit is W transmission code on door jam is (A) /

doner truck

2004 f150 5.4l triton vin 8th digit is a 5 transmission code on door jam is unknown there is now way i can get it

the info below is the transmission tags for both the one married to the 4.6 and the one thats married to the 5.4

The trans that is married to the 4.6L

5L3P 7000 BA FEN0
PKF-EN0 (to the right in big letter and number ) 5N
A4321 (dd-mm-yy ) 27-01-05 date (under the 5N, ) 076484

i think its a 4R70E ,


The trans that is married to the 5.4L 3V id plate say

3L3P- 7000 MA FDG1
PKF-DG1 (IN BIG NUMER AND LETTER TO THE RIGHT ) 3G
A4321 (DD-MM-YY) 28-02-04 date (under the 3G ) 111327

i think its a 4R75W,

I been searching and can't find out my answer anyone who has done this swap i would really appreciate your knowledge thanks ,

what i am trying to know is if i can use my drive line from the 4.6l /4R70E on the 5.4L 3v / 4R75W


4.6L 2005 /5.4L 2004 both 2 WD four door trucks
