Default Ignition trouble...Help!

Got in the truck this evening and turned the key. Nothing happened. I'm thinking something in the ignition may have somehow gotten shorted out. Everything electronic seems to still work (lights, horn, dash lights, etc.) just no accessories turn on when I turn the key. It also won't turn over. I've checked all the fuses and couldn't find any that were blown.

Any help guys? I kind of need to be drivable by morning to get to work!

problem solved. found a wire under the steering wheel that was rubbing against some metal and finally got cut. Soldered in a new wire and we're back in business!

Sounds to me like you should be more the type to read the forum for others' problems to offer solutions. Seems like you have the touch for troubleshooting. :-)
