I would skip it and just look for a sale price on a complete Whipple/Ford Racing package. Personally I prefer the peace of mind knowing that the system is complete and all I need is tuning and possibly a fuel injector/fuel pump upgrade.

You are right. This something that I want...I'm keeping the truck, it's in excellent shape and will spend to have it upgraded to a supercharger. My only concern is when I'm ready to buy the whipple kit that they still have it in stock. I contacted them and they said they had all the bells and whistles for about 6k.

By chance...do you know where to keep an eye on a complete whipple racing kit other than going straight to whipple? If I can save a dollar that would help...

Where did you ever get with the project? This has definitely drawn my attention.
Would anyone happen to know if the computer and electronic stuff would swap right out if I have a 2006 and found hardware from a 2005?
